Nordic countries - and residents of Marbella (second time buyers from abroad).

Existing properties - you know, those with that extra touch of "je ne sais quoi", which at the end of the days gives added value for the buyers.

Although we are a small agency, I have been working with buyers, sellers, developers and funds - so I can fairly quickly zoom in on the clients needs, without too many trial and error loops.

In the absence of a transparent market, local knowledge is key.
