Not understanding the process and jumping in without doing their homework first.
What is the first feeling that comes to mind when thinking of helping non-residents achieve their dream of owning a property in Spain?
To be prepared first! It's exciting to look at properties but having your legal and financial side organized first, means a much better outcome in the end.
